Darjeeling is just one of those places that feels straight out of a postcard – snow-covered mountains, sparkling waterfalls, and misty valleys all rolled into one. It’s honestly a treat for the eyes and soul. This kind of natural beauty is what Darjeeling is all about. The charm of this place isn’t just the scenery, but also the sightseeing that makes it even more worth it. From adventure lovers to people just wanting a quiet escape, Darjeeling is like a hidden gem in North-East India.
The Darjeeling tour packages from Delhi with airfare by Fab Holidays are super helpful. Everything’s taken care of – flights, hotel stays, local sightseeing – so you don’t have to stress about any planning. It’s a total tension-free deal and makes your trip smooth from start to finish.
Here’s a quick look at some of the main places you’ll get to see:
Tiger Hill – If you want to witness something magical, head to Tiger Hill early morning. Watching the first rays of sun hit Mt. Everest is something that’s hard to put in words. It’s a sight that gives goosebumps. The whole vibe – the golden light, the chill in the air – it just sticks with you.
Tsomgo Lake – On your way to Darjeeling, you’ll get to stop in Gangtok, and this is where you’ll find Tsomgo Lake. Surrounded by huge mountains and cool misty breeze, the lake is really something else. It’s peaceful and gives you that perfect "I’m away from it all" kind of feeling.
Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park – Located in Darjeeling itself, this zoo is quite popular for the animals that are kinda rare. You’ll find snow leopards here, which are not easy to spot elsewhere. They’ve also got red pandas, Himalayan bears, Tibetan wolves, and more. It’s a good place for families or anyone who enjoys wildlife.
So yeah, if you're planning something special, Darjeeling and Gangtok together make a solid combo. Fab Holidays really did a great job putting this whole thing together. Their Darjeeling tour package from Delhi with flight includes all the main attractions and makes travel super easy. You just need to book and show up – the rest is taken care of. Totally recommend giving it a go!
