Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Cape Town | Leisure Day

Welcome to Cape Town! Upon arrival at the airport, get transferred to your hotel. Check in and spend the rest of your day at leisure. You can visit Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, one of 10 National Botanical Gardens covering five of South Africa's six different biomes. Then, take a leisurely stroll along the Sea Point Promenade, soaking in the stunning coastal views and vibrant atmosphere. Afterwards, return to your hotel on your own for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour

An exciting day of your tour will begin after breakfast with a drive across the Cape Peninsula. The first stop is at Seal Island for a scenic boat view of the seals at play - a colony of playful and curious seals. After the boat ride, your next destination will be Cape Point where you will view the southernmost tip of the Cape Peninsula and walk the rugged cliffs. The next stop will be a visit to Boulders Beach, known for its African Penguin colony, and then for a leisurely stroll on the beach. After the beach, you will go back to your hotel.

Day 3

Transfer to Garden Route Reserve | Evening Game Drive Experience

You'll check out and transfer to Garden Route Reserve. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy a little time to rest. Later, you’ll be driven for an exciting evening game drive at Garden Route Reserve. As the sun sets over the savannah, enjoy some breathtaking views, while experiencing the wide diversity of wildlife. You'll have an opportunity to spot regal lions, rare spotted leopards, playful bushbabies, and unbelievable owls in their natural habitat. When finished, get driven back to your lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Transfer to Mossel Bay via Oudtshoorn | Visit to Cango Caves and Ostrich Farm

Today, you will be driven for a morning game drive at the Garden Route Reserve. You will enjoy a magnificent sunrise, and your guide will give you some understanding of the reserve's ecosystem. Later, you will check out and be transferred from the reserve to Mossel Bay via Oudtshoorn. While in Oudtshoorn, you will see the Cango Caves and appreciate the stunning geological formations. Next, you will be on the Safari Ostrich Farm Tractor Tour to behold Zimbabwe Blue Ostriches. After arriving at Mossel Bay, you will check in to the hotel for one night.

Day 5

Day Trip to Tsitsikamma

Today you will board your transfer for a day trip to Tsitsikamma. Your adventure will begin at Storms River Suspension Bridge & Storms River Mouth, the hub of outdoor activities, where you can enjoy sightings of marine life and participate in water activities (additional cost), enjoy the famous 2 km Storms River Mouth Trail, and take a trip to Bloukrans Bridge, which is home to the world’s highest bungee jump. If you want the thrill of a pendulum bungee jump (additional cost), there is the option to jump from Africa’s biggest bridge!

Day 6

Transfer to Cape Town | Leisure Day

The next morning, check out of the hotel and take a drive to Cape Town. Once you arrive at your hotel, check-in and have the remainder of the day at leisure. You could visit The Iziko Slave Lodge, a powerful museum that discusses the history of slavery in South Africa and its impact on the nation. Or you could visit Greenmarket Square where you could walk through and explore various choices of crafts, souvenirs, and locally made art. After this, head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7

Cape Town Sightseeing Tour

This morning, board your transfer for your Cape Town sightseeing tour. You will visit the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest colonial building, and the colourful Bo-Kaap neighbourhood. You will explore the District Six Museum showcasing the history of forced removals and take a visit to the DHL Stadium. You will also be able to see Clifton & Camps Bay beautiful beaches, you will explore the cultural mix by visiting the Malay quarter. Later you can visit V&A Waterfront before taking the cable way to the top of Table Mountain to see the view of the city. Afterwards you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 8

Departure Day

This day marks the end of your trip to South Africa. Check out and board your transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your departure. Have a safe journey ahead!
