Then onward to your first destination the Mekong Delta to a narrow network of boat trips through the lovely green scenery of the delta!. After the Mekong Delta it will be onwards to Cambodia; including visits to Artisans D'Angkor, Wat Thmey and the awe inspiring Angkor Wat, which is sure to be the highlight of your family's trip of a lifetime!.

Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City: First day of your family holiday
Your 6-Day Family adventure in Vietnam and Cambodia begins at Ho Chi Minh City.
Your flight will deliver you to the Ho Chi Minh City International Airport (SGN). You will meet our representative at the airport to transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After you check into your hotel, you have all day free to rest and recover after your travels / flight, or any way your family wishes to spend your first day in the country.
You may choose to find a comfortable spot in the hotel, or if you are short on time, take a short walk (if you don't want to walk too far) to visit a couple of better-known points of interest in Ho Chi Minh City. No matter where you spend your first day, I can guarantee it will be non-stressful , and a simple way to start your Vietnam and Cambodia experience. Play it safe, and welcome to Ho Chi Minh City on your first day, sleep tight at the hotel, and we wish your family a wonderful adventure in one of the most beautiful places on the planet!
Day 2
Ho Chi Minh City: Revisiting the Vietnamese history
Explore the Historical Wonders of Ho Chi Minh City with Your Family
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, your Vietnam family tour continues that day with a day tour in Ho Chi Minh City. Your first destination visited will be the Cu Chi Tunnels - an elaborate tunnel system that provided cover for Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. You will learn about how these tunnels were also used as sleeping quarters and base camp, and see what types of conditions were endured by soldiers.
After this unforgettable adventure, you will have a nice lunch in a local restaurant, and you will visit more of Ho Chi Minh's important places - the Saigon Post Office, the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Reunification Palace and the emotional War Remnants Museum.
After a day of learning and visiting. You'll get back to your hotel, and have a good night's sleep.
Recommendation: Try some local meals, including a fresh meal, like Com Tam and Gui Cuon, at iconic restaurants in the city.
Day 3
Ho Chi Minh City: Off to the ‘rice bowl’ of Vietnam
Discovering the Floating Splendors of Mekong Delta on Day 3 of Your Family Tour
After having breakfast at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, you will depart for My Tho, a city in the Mekong Delta region. Images of the Mekong Delta bring to mind a web of rivers, canals, and estuaries that branch into the East Sea to create this remarkable region of busy towns and sheltered, calm spots that give the feeling of being completely alone in nature.
Once there you will take a short boat trip with your family along the Mekong River. While you cruise by beautiful scenery and peaceful orchards you will have the chance to try various exotic seasonal fruits in the area, and then take a fun horse-cart trip, and then visit a local workshop to watch traditional coconut candy made. You will finish your boat cruise before hopping on to a Sampan cruise that will take you around a peaceful canal, and then off to Turtle Island for a fun lunch with your family.
After lunch, you will return back to Ho Chi Minh City, and will have the remaining of the day free to explore and relax at your leisure. You
Day 4
Siem Reap: Visit Cambodia with family
Your Family Holiday in Cambodia Becomes Even More Adventurous When You Reach Siem Reap.
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and take your transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. After you land, you will transfer to your Siem Reap hotel and check in.
Your first adventure of the afternoon visit is to Artisan D'Angkor, a well known craft center for wood and stone handicrafts. Next, you will proceed to Wat Thmey (Killing Fields), with the glass walled stupa with the remains of people that tortured and murdered the Khmer Rouge. It will be a disturbing and sombre reminder of Cambodians dark past.
As the day comes to an end, enjoy a nice dinner at our area Siem Reap restaurant and after a delightful dinner we will be together enjoying an Apsara Dance Show with performances, and traditional Cambodian culture. After a wonderful evening, it will be time to head back to your hotel for a good sleep.

Day 5
Siem Reap: Taking the tour of temple city
Your Fifth Day of your Cambodia Family Adventure will lead you to Angkor Wat and other iconic treasures!
After breakfast, we embark on the epic landmarks, starting first at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, further exploring sites of historical significance, including the Bayon Temple, The Royal Enclosure, and the Terraces of Elephants and the Leper King. These historical monuments alone, we are sure, will impress the whole family!
Next, on to Ta Prohm, one of Cambodia's most popular temples, with its stunning architecture and balance of stone architecture with naturally integrated trees. When initially built in the 12th century, the temple was aptly name Riaja Vihara, but it has since been re named. Ta Prohm is also known as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a stop that should be on any trip to Cambodia. The temple features a calmness that permeates throughout that we are sure you will enjoy, as well as tell a tale of another time with elaborate carvings.
After a great lunch, we will drive to Angkor Wat, the largest religious structure in the world and appreciate its magnificence as well as see a fascinating 3D presentation of the monuments on ancient coins. Next we'll explore Bakheng Temple which is the first temple at Angkor which rests on Bakheng Hill. Bakheng Hill has the best views in Angkor especially for sunset; a favorite with the families during our cultural activities!
In the evening you will have a buffet dinner with a traditional show included with your Siem Reap Family Tour. After dinner you can enjoy shopping at the night-marketing market or head back to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
Tip: Remember sunscreen for sun exposure, and dress appropriately for the temple complex. Respecting the sacred site is important!
Day 6
Siem Reap: Lake tour and departure
Your 6-Day Vietnam Cambodia Family Holiday Comes to a Close with Beautiful Memories
Start your final day with a delightful breakfast at your hotel in Siem Reap. Your Vietnam Cambodia family tour then takes you to the Floating Village, where you and your loved ones will embark on a traditional wooden boat ride across the tranquil waters of Tonle Sap Lake, the largest freshwater lake in all of Asia.
As you cruise, you’ll witness the unique floating villages, massive fish traps, and the way of life of the locals who depend on the lake for their livelihood. It’s a peaceful yet captivating experience that adds a memorable chapter to your journey. Afterward, you’ll be transferred to Siem Reap International Airport for your flight back home, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Vietnam and Cambodia family holiday.
